Green Trader is part of Green Directory Ltd. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are accepting to entering into a legally binding contract with the Green Directory Ltd.

For the purposes of this contractual agreement, 'Vendor' constitutes the person, persons or party listing a business 'for sale' on this site (Green Trader part of Green Directory Ltd).

The 'Third Party' is deemed to be the person, persons or party to whom the business is sold to.

'Introduction' is deemed to constitute the introduction of the Vendor (seller) to the Third Party (buyer) via Green Directory trading as Green Trader. 'Introduction' is deemed to be the point in time at which Green Trader notifys the Vendor (seller) by whichesver means (telephone, post, email, fax) of the Third Partys' (buyer) personal contact details or when Green Trader notifys the Third Party (buyer) of the Vendors' personal contact details - this is deemed to be the 'Introduction'.

The Purchaser (third party)

The Purchaser is deemed to constitute the person, persons, party, business or organisation that Green Directory introduce to the Vendor for the purposes of buying (third party) and selling (vendor) the business listed on this site.

Selling your Business

Any vendor selling their business through Green Trader he/she/business/organisation will incur a one off fee payable from the Vendor to Green Directory at the point of sale of the business listed with Green Trader to a third party introduced to the Vendor by Green Trader.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Third Party is contractually bound. Any introduction resulting in the sale of the business between the Vendor and the Third Party is liable to a fee as listed below. The contract between the Vendor and the Third Party is binding for a period of time up to 5 years from the point of 'Introduction'. The fee is payable within 30 days of invoicing.

The fee scale is based on the business £Turnover as listed by the Vendor. Fees are set out below:

0-£20k	5% of sale fee
£20k - £50k	4% of sale fee
£50k - £100k	3% of sale fee
£100k - £250k	2% of sale fee
£250k - £500k	1.5% of sale fee
£500k - £1m	1.4% of sale fee
£1m - £2m	1.3% of sale fee
£2m - £10m	1.2% of sale fee
£10m+	1% of sale fee
